Use Continue with Google if the email your chapter has for you is a Gmail or Google Workspace address. It is one tap and there is no password to remember.

Otherwise the password is the one you set from your invitation email. If you never set one, or cannot remember it, ask your chapter secretary to send a fresh invite — it takes them a few seconds and the link sets a new password.

You signed in correctly; you have simply not been added yet. Only a chapter can add an official, and the invitation goes to the same address you just signed in with. Ask your assignor or secretary to add you, then sign in again — nothing else is needed.

Open Me and check notifications are switched on there, then check the app is allowed to notify you in your phone's own Settings. Offers also arrive by email, so nothing is missed while that is sorted out.

If you had no signal, the app keeps the answer and sends it the moment you are back on — the Outbox shows anything still waiting. If the game had already been filled, it will say so plainly rather than silently dropping it.

Your name, contact details, certification level and pay are held by your chapter, and your secretary can correct any of them the same day. Availability and the longest drive you will take are yours to change, from Me.
