Privacy

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your chapter, your role in it, your certification level and the season you joined.
• What you told the app about working: dates you have blocked, the longest drive you will take, your shirt size.
• Your assignment history — games offered, accepted, turned back, and worked — along with meeting attendance and the fees those games earned.
• If you switch on notifications, a token identifying your device and whether it is an iPhone or an Android, so the app can ring it. Nothing else about the device.

Almost all of it is entered by your chapter's assignor or secretary, not by you. You can see everything held about you from the Me screen.

No home address. No location tracking — the app never asks where your phone is, and the addresses in it are stadiums, not people. No advertising identifiers. No analytics or third-party trackers of any kind. No payment card details; the chapter pays officials the way it always has, and this app only records what is owed.

• You see your own details in full.
• Your crew sees your name and phone number for games you are working together, because a crew that cannot reach each other on a Friday afternoon is the problem this app was built to fix.
• Your assignor and chapter officers see the roster and the assignment history, which is what assigning requires.
• Nobody outside your chapter sees anything.

This is enforced in the database itself, not in the app. Every request carries your own sign-in and the database decides what that sign-in may read, so a bug in a screen cannot show you somebody else's row.

The data sits in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The website runs on Vercel. Three other services see a narrow slice, and only when needed:

• Expo — delivers push notifications to your device. It sees the device token and the text of the notification.
• Resend — sends the emails, such as a game offer. It sees your email address and the message.
• Google — only if you use Continue with Google to sign in. Google tells the app your name and email address and nothing more. If you sign in with a password instead, Google is not involved at all.

Your contact details are kept while you are on a chapter roster. Assignment and pay history is kept as the chapter's own record of who worked what — the same record that used to live in a filing cabinet — and stays after you leave, because a chapter has to be able to answer who officiated a game three seasons ago.

Ask your chapter secretary to correct anything that is wrong; they can change it the same day. To remove your account entirely, open the app, go to the Me tab and choose “Erase my account” at the bottom. You do not have to ask anybody. Your name, phone number, home address and the devices you get offers on are deleted, you come off every chapter roster, and you cannot sign in again; the games you worked stay in the chapter's record without them attached to a live account, because that is how the season gets paid. If you would rather not do it yourself, email support@dispatchofficials.com from the address on your account and say so.

This app is for registered football officials and is not directed at children under 13. No account is created except by a chapter adding somebody to its roster.
